I have always been over weight all my life.  7 years ago I had gascole pypass and lost 157 pounds.  Sence then I have gained 50 of the weight back.  Duriing I have lost my job, married a wonderful man.  We have both vowed to change our way of living for our health.  He is also unemployed wihich has stressed him out.  He has high blood presure, and just found out he is also diebetic.  So we have joined an excerise workout club and are all set to change our lives for the better.
