I want to tell you that I really enjoy your show, especially with the participation of each different perspective and having the "specialized" view of the expert whose field covers the topic.
My son and his wife have been singing praises of DR SEARS since the birth of my oldest grandson, Aeden, 7 years ago.
I find myself responding to each of you personally because you obviously truly care about each of us that you want to reach, to give us information that will help us live better, longer, happier and healthier. WOW! That's a lot, isn't it? Your format is paced to keep us interested (and it does) but still providing time to learn enough to decide to explore if we want to follow-up with more information....
Which brings me to a question... Where do I find the book that tells about face exercises using the white gloves? The one that will help stop (or reverse) the wrinkles? I looked on Amazon and there was not one that seemed to be the same as what I saw on the show. I tried looking though the prior show and could not find any notation or waving glove to lead me on. I hate to tell you, but I am in dire need of that book and those exercises!
Keep up the wonderful shows and much needed sharing of information!
A friend who uses all the help she can get -- and still needs more :-) Sandi![]()

The book "The Magic of Facial Exercise", by Cynthia Rowland ( www.cynthiarowland.com ) was on the 24 THINGS IN 24 HOURS episode. On the synopsis page you can see the video clip that showed some of her exercises. Her book is available on her website.

It's called "The Magic of Facial Exercise" by Cynthia Rowland. I was there the day they taped that segment and the audience all got a copy. I hope this helps you.
