I am an Elementary PE teacher in SC who loves life and loves God! I teach children in low income neighborhoods.  I fight a daily battle against their convience foods, video games, and dangerous neighborhoods! I try each day to instill in them healthy eating and movement habits!! I LOVE my job!!

I am married to a wonderful man who is a full time student ina Doctorate of Physical Therepy program! We love to play outside with our puppy and be active as much as possible. I work an after school job as well so we have some busy schedules. Unfortunatly with our crazy schedules that is not as easy to be super active!! ! I love watching The Doctors to help give me helpful hints for a healthy life!

I am looking for anyone who has ideas to help someone on a BUDGET stay healthy and fit!! Also, here to help anyone keep their KIDS HEALTHY in FUN WAYS!!
