Hi Burneyman....Love my SmokeStik...use it totally now instead of smelly old anologs(tobacco) cigs..I am happy with the service I am getting from SmokeStikusa.com  They fixed any issues I had in a timely fashion with no fuss at all...I know that stuff happens...it's how the company deals with it that counts...so I can say only positive things about them...I didn't ever buy one from SE so I can't comment on the service crap they gave you...but it's not the first time I have heard that about them..they seem to be getting a rep for being like that...good luck with your purchase...and feel free to ask me anything if you need help with it.

hey ricky! i was just hoping you culd fill me in a bit on the smokestik. i just ordered one a few days ago but it has not come in yet. i see your post was in january and now it is march. do you still like your smokestik e-cig and are you still happy with the service? i was dealing with smoking everywhere but as good as their product is their customer service is absolutely awful! i have had them lie to me, have had them pick up the phone just to get it to stop ringing and then  hang up on me... if you have any problems they are quick to dismiss you as unimportant! dont buy from them ever!
