My beautiful brunette Italian 15 year old daughter is waiting for double ortho-natric jaw surgery. We found out about her need 2 years ago. she has suffered chronic migraine headaches daily. You see her top left side of the jaw or bridge section quit developing . she has had her wisdom teeth removed but the doctor only took 3 of the 4. they also said they had luxiated 3 of her teeth from her top jaw. When her teeth are clinched , she can still stick out part of her tongue through the opening on the side, her tendons in her head never just rest because of this gap . She has been in and out of braces now 2 times already with no discounts. We have had her on many migraine treatments but most are so costly we cant afford it and some have made her sick to her stomach. We now have paid for her to get BOTOX at only 15 years old. I am a previous Fashion Model that has worked in New York, San Francisco. and Paris , and all of northern Italy, in the past of course . She is obviously beautiful , we are having insurance issues and had to change companies since the one we had wouldn't recognize the procedure. the one we are with now is making us wait a year. We live in a suburb of Atlanta , and recently had a house flood.I don't see how we could ever be able to afford this much needed surgery. My dream would be for us to come out to your program and have you do the procedure, so she can complete high school pain free and go on to pursue a scholarship in cheerleading , so she can go on to help others like her. I want her to be able to finish high school pain free. She is a great child , she has been coaching a 5th-6th squad of cheerleaders for her 3rd year now and has never even paid a dime. She volunteers and is just the best child you'll ever meet. or Doctor Dorphman. I am terrified the insurance will not approve it for pre-existing condition clause. We have barely been able to afford the medications and now Botox. I am 44 now, & couldn't even fathom considering being able to have Botox after all the bills we have already incurred. can't even afford my first injection because she has gotten it. Ha Ha Ha . I am So very much hoping that you would consider having a great example of a beautiful giving young woman on the show for a filmed procedure for this medically needing teen. I have taken her to many doctors, maxio-facial surgeons , orthodontics , locally and when we have traveled to New York and Canada to see if there was any other way. All Doctors we have consulted with agreed this was necessary . But we don't think we will ever be able to afford this not to mention ,the special liquid diet she will need,I am also saving up with couponing as much as I possibly can to try to buy a special blender for her liquid diet. I have read that fiber lacking from the liquid diets is something that causes even more complications after surgery in a diet lacking in fiber. I really am trying to make her get through this with the most healthy outcome but and in need of help. She is a 9th grade Cheerleader otherwise very healthy now. and wants to try out for the varsity squad but headaches have held back her performances . She is the girl that does the right things and is beautiful , has no enemies. faith in God. Active & smart. She is also a big sister. So all our funds cannot be spent on one. I love your show , I watch and DVR it so everyone else can watch it over dinner. Oh Did I mention Alexis wants to be and orthodontist or dentist , or Plastic Surgeon , Dermatologist. Please consider helping out our Family , my child Alexis , and my other just by saving our family deal with this surgery. She is in her first year of Broadcasting class in high school , with 3 years of middle and 2 years of elementary school broadcast tv experience of the televised morning announcements. We will corporate and do exactly as instructed and give you a beautiful outcome for a show if you would please truly considering helping us get her through this . I know she would love meeting you all we would love to have the best medical expertise , and you could help out a beautiful young woman with the brightest dreams for a successful future.
