Psoriosis

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows what would help for a psoriosis flare up. I have had it for most of my life and I have spent a ton on money on creams and oitments to try and take the pain and roughness out of my hands. Some creams work for a while but then it seems I get immune to the cream and I get another flare-up. I have been to dermatologists and they just turn me away saying there is nothing they can do to help. There has to be something that helps but I just haven't found it yet. Please if anyone knows of any treatments please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated.

Enbrel injections work. My Husband's Dermatologist started him on this treatment and it WORKS!

I have had psoriasis since I was a child and I was 90% covered.I'm 27 now and about four years ago a doctor gave me Humira also my joint are really sore. It works great if I didn't have this I would be covered from head to toe.

I ws diagnosed with psoriasis when I was 4 years old and twenty years later, I am probably 80% covered with it. I have it on my scalp, arms, stomach, back, and legs. I also have psoriatic arthritis. I have tried every single and cream and ointments. I have also tried pills and shots. shots seemed to help the inflammation but you can't be on it if you have an open cut or illness so I had to go off of the shots for a while I tried enbrel and humira. Currently, I am looking for a new dermatologist so I can go back on a treatman plan. It's pretty bad right now. the cream that I use, tend to make the skin on my hands peel so I have to be very careful about how much I use and how often I use it. You have to be careful about some of them. I tend to use it to get the plaques off after a flare and then use it everyother day. I know it's hard but if you have a dermatologist that is giving up - find a new one!
