Well, I went to the doctor today and I am going to start treatment for ADHD.  This psychiatrist specializes in Adult ADHD and by the time we were half way through the appointment, she said "I can help you".  I am so glad to know that I am not just stupid or lazy or a poor planner.  I have faith that God has led me to the right answer finally!

Thanks for the support.  I always thought I was just high strung!  My DH would tell people that I was like a chiuaua on crack!  LOL  One time when my oldest son was playing flag football, a kid shoved him down and stepped on his stomach.  The coach for the other team STEPPED over him and didn't even check to see if he was ok.  This guy was 6'4" and all muscles!  I marched right up to him and told him if I saw him do that again I would climb a ladder and beat his but!! LOL  As if all 5' 3'' and 145 pounds was going to do anything to him!  I guess that was my impulsiveness coming out!

My cousin has a child with ADHD and for many years before she even had kids I always knew she had it as well, but I never felt that it was my place to say anything.  She finally went in and they said ...yep, you are ADHD.  It's great because she finally knows that what she has been dealing with her whole life is not her fault!  Good Luck with the tests!
