Hi Melissa,

Apples are very good for us especially the skin

of the "red delicious", they also help clean the

teeth. I love some veggies raw, like peppers,

onions, celery, carrots, broccoli and I only

like raw cabbage, can't stand it cooked but

have ate it fried (when at my mom's) if you

don't like them raw, I think steamed is best.
