Oh my!  Well, I am on coumadin and can't take things with Vit K or any type aspirin. They will thin the blood- and usually cause the nosebleeds. As for anything else, I don't know. It sure sounds like the dr for  the laparoscopy is lying- I would get a second opinion. Drs DO lie ( not these nice ones!!!) because their insurance is high if sued.  Also, I can't hae them use iodine on me unless they use benydral first-I am allergic to it and can't breate.   Good luck. i had the same problem really bad for about a mnth or 2 then i found out i was pregnant...maybe check 2 be sure! u never know
