Lower back pain could be caused by stress...this happened to me.  If it gets really bad, maybe your doctor can prescribe a muscle relaxer.  Also, magnesium is a natural (makes you calm--can't think of the words), and it helps to absorb Vitamin D too.

I had an xray years ago.  I have had these pains before, but they would come and go, lasting a week to week and a half at most.  This has been since at least mid Sept.    The xray I had years ago only showed I had a transitional lumbro sacral junction.   I have a sixth lumbar vert that is attached to my sacrum on one side.  I get a lot of loud, hard cracking in that area and sharp shooting pains.   this is similar, but not the same.  it's an ache all across my lower back, which wraps around my hips and burns.   I thought at one time I might have PID or something!!!   that led my Gyno to check me for clamidia, which was negative.  And I have no other PID symptoms.    I think it's sacroiliac pain.     I don't know.   I guess it's back to another doctor.  Oh lawdy.
