The headache shifted to the left side of my head and those are easy to get rid of, so the headache is almost gone...I still can't scrunch my forehead well but the pain is gone :)

I just took excedrin again to get some caffeine in me, but it isn't working.  Doesn't seem like an excedrin headache.

Tcarbonell...it could be the dry air here (I live in New England).  If I put heat on it it throbs and makes it worse so I am not sure a hot shower would be good at least right now.  I'll try sudafed with tylenol (I can get some tomorrow)...maybe it is my sinuses. Thanks!

Labelfree....Sure, you can send me the Long distance Reikimaster healing at noon.  Do I need to be doing anything like laying down at noon or anything?  My forehead feels like you could strip this pain off if my forehead came apart (if the front came off).  Hanging my head any way (including upright) will hurt it.  It's not in the back of my head unless it is referring pain to the front.    Also, I don't drink coffee.  I don't drink tea with caffeine in it either, so I couldn't be in withdrawal from caffeine.  At the moment I can;t hang my head over the bed, it hurts thinking about that, however when the sharpest pain comes again (if it does) probably tonight, I'll try it.

Shelly had a sinus infection which you would think sinus in front near where yours hurt but I saw in back of head and I told her to hand her head over side of bed for 1 mintute and WALAHHHHH headache gone!

Tommys killed him right wear yours hurt.  He didnt drink coffee for 2 days and was actually withdrawling from CAFFINE!  Have you Stopped M?  I think just try please hang head upside and let blood and stuff flow give it a rty and let me know how it goes....xoxoxo S

I don't know for sure, but it sounds like a sinus headache to me.  I usually take two Sudafed with Tylenol, but you can also use ibuprofen, depending on what workds best for you.  Depending on where you live, if it is cold and you are using your heat, it drys the air out and can cause this type of headache.  I have gotten them since I was 15, and am now almost 41.  Try a hot, steamy shower too!
