First and foremost, get all this checked by a doctor. In addition, ask
for a vitamin D blood test. I would be surprised if you aren't vitamin
D deficient. If you are vitamin D deficient, if you are breast
feeding, you are not passing any vitamin D on to your baby, which it
needs for bone, nerve, muscle, immune system, cardiovascular support,
and more. And, you aren't doing yourself any favors in terms of all of that support, either. I hope you get it figured out and soon before you lose too much blood. Get to a doctor!!
pile ups / polyps, not sure how to spell it, any woo, they cause bleeding, I use to do the same thing, I swore I had cancer! This is a very scary thing for you, because you don't know whats going on! I know exactly how u r feeling! So ....Go to your Doctor!! Tell him u are bleeding while sitting on the pot even if ur not having a movement! He will more then likely order a colonoscopy, this is when they take a little, very little camera up ur bum to see what is actually going on. It does not hurt ( no Pain ). IF u r awake while they do this , there is a lil discomfort but not much! It is more embarrassing then anything, so tell him u want to be put to sleep if that scares you! I use to do the same thing it was like having a period out of my bum, It is freaking scary, been there done that! But the minute they removed the Pile Ups/ polyps I no longer bled! It was worth it to me to have it checked out!
thanks for the reply. i may have worded that wrong. i meant to say that i have blood coming out even when im not having a movement. so its not in my urine it just comes out when i do pee. and then when i do have a movement there is even more blood that comes out! i know it cant be normal but idk if all that could just be from a hemorhoid thats not healing or something.
I'd call your doctor right away or go to the ER. I never heard bleeding is normal, but maybe it is. Bleeding when you urinate is NOT normal. I'm not a doctor just know it isn't normal. Something could be wrong with your kidneys or you may have a UTI. Just a guess, but IMO I don't think any blood with colitis is normal.
