I know most places are having pot lucks at work right now, parties etc., and one thing about these things, is that many people do not keep the food that is sitting out ( sometimes for long periods ) at the right temperature. Another recipe for food poisoning! Creamy desserts that need refrigeration, or meat and chicken that isn't kept hot enough, etc.
