I just read that raw honey does NOT contain high fructose corn syrup, unllike the processed kind.

Hi Martha!  I've been good, trying to keep busy with different things.  Right now I am working on a counted crosstitch project.  Walking is out because of falling risks (black ice, sidewalks aren't plowed, etc) -- I need to be careful of my hip.  But I am healthy otherwise and staying warm in the cold weather.  How've you been?  It has been a long time since you've logged on!  I like writing the informational posts -- don't get many responses but it gets people thinking (I hope) about things.  Thanks for writing and please keep in touch!
