Sue,  you truly have been blessed.  The best part of being blessed is recognizing it when you are and you have recognized it.  Your Grandmother was a wise woman.  I love that saying.  Just when we feel like somebody got away with something, a lie, theft etc..it does all come out.....in the rinse.  The laundry ain't done till it's washed, rinsed, dried and folded, and if need be, ironed.
