I have never had a flu shot and never had the flu and rarely get sick. But I try to eat very healthy and stay away from big crowds. However my kids got the H1N1 mist  and they were sick the next weekend. And they are rarely sick until after that. So if u decide to get one of the other for the H1N1 -get the shot.

I got the H1N1 shot and it wasn't bad. I would say if you are that scared that I would get the actually shot and not the nasal mist, because the nasal mist is not inaculated.  It is a live virus.  The shot is a live virus but has been engineered so that it cannot make you sick.

talked about it here. I get the seasonal flu shot

every year, I work and can not afford to get sick

so if I do get sick it is not as severe and I am back

on my feet much faster. You are being careful tho

and I think that is a great idea.
