I agree with Melissa talk to a dietician first . You need protein in your diet .Im not too fond of meat products myself. But i just cant seem to get that tofu thing down .I dont know. i prob just not cooking it right but .talk to someone first . my uncle is a vegetarian he doesnt even drink milk or any dairy anymore.i honestly dont know how he does it !
IMO, you don't need to become a vegetarian to be healthy. I'd talk to a registered dietitan or a nutritionist for input and information, pros and cons, etc.
