You can find a wealth of information regarding the colon online. If you can afford it, you should ask your Dr. to recommend a gastroenterologist to you. They will do tests on your tummy and see if anything is wrong. I hope you have health coverage as I know in the U.S. those tests are expensive. If you are living in Canada, they will be covered by our health care system. A lot of tummy issues are sometimes caused by stress, it will help you if you can meditate a bit and try to relax your system. If you are having troubles, tell yourself, they'll be over before you know it. I do know that suppressed problems can cause a lot of tummy upset. That is how mine happened. Take csre of your body....only put good things into it. Only things that nature makes, and wash off all the pesticides before you eat fruits or veggies. Those bagged baby carrots are even sitting in water with preservatives in it.... always just buy fresh carrots, Beware of packaged processed foods. No Oreo cookies, they're full of genetically modified soy and corn. Don't eat anything with aspartame in it or splenda or amino sweet or nutra sweet......all NEUROTOXINS to the body. Aspartame, now called amino sweet, has been shown to cause cancer tumors in the brains of rats and was never really approved by the scientists who made it for public consumption. It was Donald Rumsfeld, who bacame CEO of Cearne, the company who developed it and shelved it for a number of years until he came across it...... who pushed it through the FDA after they had to fire a bunch of scuebtusts who wouldn't approve it, and put his own men in place who got it through. In Dr. Russell Blaylock's book..... "Neuro-toxins, the Taste that Kills"...
Sweetie.... what you can do is try to see if you're allergic to anything first. If you can't afford to go to an allergist, try this first. Try to eliminate all dairy from your diet....milk, cheese, yogurt, cream cheese, anything made of milk, see if that helps, then if that doesn't help try to eliminate all gluten, look up gluten free diets on google. Drink only purified water (get a Brita, they're aobut $12) and filter your tap water, it will take out the flouride and the chlorine. Make chicken broth (canned with water or tetra brick boxed) ... add some onions and cooked carrots and just sip the broth for a few days and see if your tummy settles down. I have ulcerative colitis and this works for me. I can't push any foods through it when it's acting up. I also have found I cannot eat nuts, any of them, they really make my tummy feel bad, or any gummy type candies. Drop the sugar from your diet as well, and if you can afford it get some pro-biotic pills from the health food section and take them as prescribed on the bottle. They are the good bacteria and will kill any bad bacteria that are in your tummy. Another thing you might try to do is get a colon cleanse type of pill from the health food area....or any drug store...that too will kill any bad bacteria. Lots of purified water and broths will help your colon out. There's nothing worse than colon trouble. If you are constipated you might need some prune juice or some Metamucil which will loosen things up. You don't want a toxic colon. Look up toxic colon on google and it will give you advice as well. Good luck sweetie.

If it is your stomach, naproxen is terrinble for your stomach. If he said social anxiety, maybe you should see a counselor or someone in that field?
Melissa.
I have gone to the doctor twice in the past two years.
The thing is my doctor treats me like I'm faking it or over reacting.
The first time he said it was ''cramps'' and gave me naproxen.
Second time I went he said it was ''social anxiety'' like what kind of dianoses in that?
I HAVE ONE COMMENT. GO TO THE ER NOW. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE LET THIS GO FOR 4 YEARS. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT THEY TELL YOU. TAKE CARE. THANK YOU.
Have you seen your doctor?
Melissa.
