I have the same problem and have for years. The only thing that gets you over the "snackers" is going without any sugar for 72 hours. It is the sugar that makes your appetite, headaches from not eating it, etc.
After that time you won't be so hungry, but if you don't eat healthy and be sure to keep a low, low sugar intake then it will happen all over again. I guess it's like falling off the wagon for an alcoholic. Just try it without for a week and see if it doesn't make a differnce in your appetite.
hi...i am at work but i know in the book i have there is a thing about apple cider vinegar, as i am not a doc i would not want to tell you to do anything specific but when i get home i will look it up for you. it is in the Hollywood Beauty Secrets, Remedies to the Rescue book....by that Louisa lady...beauty expert. Maybe it is posted on her site hollywoodbeautysecrets.
Having you tried drinking water? I found that drinking water helps supress a lot of my hunger. If you can't drink just plain water, try adding crystals to add a bit of taste to it.
