I have the same problem around my middle and since I have done exercise it has disappered some but I would like it to go away more. Not sure what to do next.
From my experience with woman who want to lose baby fat is, having a ideal body weight to find the best balance of nutrients for your current condition and start puting in what you body needs to get calories burn in the right way, second start a simple but energeting enough routine of exercise to trigger your fat burn from the extra calories stored in your body and use the nuttients you put in to rebuild your muscle tone and get rid of the unwanted FAT.
Try using a hula hoop! It takes awhile to 'get it', and i heard it works. I myself can't do it due to back problems. Let everyone know if it does or not..lol
to get a slimmer stomche try exercising a little....maybe do some dances that can work on the stomache area........you really dont have to go on a diet......try going for a walk around your neighborhood,but while walking try to hold your stomavhe in but still breathe...DO NOT hold your breath in.
