I feel for you! I too have suffer from unilateral hearing loss.  I have asked the doctors questions about hearing loss before, but got no answer.  Can I ask what type of hearing loss you have? and if you wear hearing aids? I have a mixed hearing loss on both sides, and I wear hearing aids, that help me to regain my hearing. If you tell me about some of the area's that your hearing loss is affecting I might be able to help you.
