Ok well it's been 5 months since my restore dual. I noticed a bit of a difference but nothing to say wow about. It's pretty expensive too, if i have to get 4 more treatments i might as well went for a face lift. I went for a filler but that didn't do much for me. I don't know why but everytime i try a filler they don't put them in the right spots even tho I try showing them where i want it the most. They all think they can see better than me & they put you under the wrong kind of light. I like daylight, I can see them from the sides or overhead but they just look at them from the front. I'm kind of at my wits ends now. It's been 5 yrs & I'm so tired of wasting my life & my money. I'm back to trying needleing since that seems to work just as good as some lasers. I also tried a tca peel 2 times & I'll continue with that but now that summer is here it's so hard to stay in & be out of the sun. I'll be visiting a doctor in Tampa who is supposed to be wonderful with fillers so I'll let you know what happens after i see her. Other wise good luck to anyone who knows how I feel. This all happen because of Erbium Resurfacing. I wish i never walked in that doctors door for the few scars i used to have.
My doctor recomended me to try Fraxel Restore. I had 4 treatments spaced a month apart. Sept to Dec. Now that it's Jan i am noticing an improvement, doc said it's from the first one since it takes 3 to 4 months to see full results so i won't see my final result til March. The scars don't seem so deep in some places now so i'm happy. In March i'll give you an update but so far so good. I've been using just gentle creams and moistureizer. 3 weeks after the last laser i strated using the micro cloths to wash my face. after seeing a woman with scars on you tube try the cloth her face improved a lot. Let me know if anyone has had improvements with their skin and from what procedure.
Asked my doctor, said he heard about it. Said he wasn't impressed with needles & that lasers do a better job. But he didn't say no it doesn't work. Bought one on ebay & I'll try it on a knee scar I've had for years, I'll post the results.
Needling is a roller with small thin needles attached. They come in different sizes, depends how deep your scars are, says it's good for wrinkles too, plumps them up when the collegen fills in. You roll it over your scars or wrinkles in different angles, it breakes up scar tissue underneth. They say it also helps your moisturizers get into your skin instead of just laying on the top. You can buy them on ebay and other sites. Some have gone to tattoo artist to have it done too. They don't put the color in, just hit the scar with dry needles. People have said it has given them good results and is a lot less invasive than lasers. Not much down time and no pigment changes on your skin like lasers can do. I've been there! Going to ask my docor about it tomorrow to see what he thinks. I'll post and let ya know.

I was reading your blog. Have you tried any other procedures since you posted? Please share your results if you have?
