Post Comments - Diet Pills...Yes? No?

NO...again I say it, NO!!!  I tired a prescribed diet pill and I couldn't eat ANYTHING, including peanut butter without it sending me to the bathroom with the runs.  Even passing wind was a chance of whether or not is was just wind!  I tried it for one week and I took the pills back to my doctor.  I'd rather work at eating right on my own, exercise within my limits and lose weight slowly but naturally than to go the route of taking any form of diet pills, even the new Weight Loss Viatmins.  NO THANK YOU!!!!!!

Hi,No No No diet pills.........
I drink  "Bragg organic apple cider Vinegar" for about 4 years now.
I have dropped from 238 to 147 in about 1 year.
I feel great......I drink it 3x's a day, I put about 1 tablespoon of vinegar into about 3-4 ounces of water.
Vinegar has many health benefits, it helps control blood sugar levels for diabetics, which I am. I have
been off all my diabetic meds for almost 3 years now.
Give it a try

Cardio exercises works out great because you are working all parts of you body.  When using diet pills would cause heart problems and it does not work out in long term.  Just stay try to work out more then usual because its all about losing calories.

Hi.....my opinion NO NO NO to taking diet pills.  I can't get into why I KNOW they can cause harm, especially when combined with other meds like benadryl.  Just my 2 cents and good luck losing weight.  It's great you exercise regularly.  The weight may come off slowly but surely...and remember muscle weighs more than fat.

Melissa.

I myself would not trust prescription diet pills. But a friend of mine on this site uses the product Alli and has had good results.
