Yes, you can loose your stomach faster by following a good diet. I did it about 10 yrs ago.
I am now going thru the change and it is so much harder to keep at it. But I'm doing pretty good , by watching what I eat and walking and after the holidays will get back into weight lifting.

HI, for me cutting down my food did work to loose weight, but not to tighten my stomach!!
I attended a couple of different classes like boxacise, aerobics and other ones in the gym that you do with more ppl so that you stay motivated and do those classes that are just for toning!!! believe me in a week orso you will feel the difference!!!
However, dont stop! coz I havent gone for about 6 months now and its all back!!! thats the backslash of going to the gym. and having kids and ofcourse saving $$$$$
