I just finished one week of Cycle 1 and weighed this morining and have gained 3 pounds. Was very disappointed. I have done everything on the diet. Any suggestions?

If you are a moderator, perhaps you could post something which will help us to get back to our posts, and those of others with similar questions and comments. How is the best way to "link" to those, I am supposing that the "tags" are here for that reason. I do not know for sure, how it works.

I do like the site, and the program. I like veiwing the highlights of the episodes I have missed. This is very time consuming though. As I watch a highlight, then I have to go alphabetically all the way through the list again....

I love the show! I have learned alot, and there are things that have helpedme.

I was especially interested in the show that aired 2/11/09 regarding the woman who had back surgery using stem cells. i also have a severe back and leg problem,have had injections, pain medications (which make me sick!) and nothing has helped. I am now trying to locate a doctor on Long Island who may do that type of procedure.
