Preforming the only kind of Healthcare Reform, I know will make a real differance.  Stand up and take accountability for you and your body.  Use Dr's as toold that help you, not cure all's or catch all's.  Lastly dont forget some tools just don't fit in your hand, keep looking till you find the one that works with you.

Beyond that, I believe its not the days in your life its the life in your days!  ;-)
