Im not use to all these sugary foods, i have acid reflux and i pay for eating choclate..etc. So my question is, what are some foods i could eat that are healthy and taste good, i really like my size i weigh 90 pounds and eating fatty sugary foods can begin to add up, like i said i really love being tiny so any suggestions?

It all starts from your mind: eat food for your health rather than your comfort. Many people love the "texture" or "feeling in their mouth" because it makes their tongue to feel good. You can make smoothies or juices with your favorite fruits & vegetables. If you want to save some money on the way while you do this, eat seasonally because of its availability. For example:
Spring: strawberries, blueberries, papayas, raspberries, cantalope, cherries
Summer: pineapple, watermelon, grapes (concord), orange, mangoes, bananas, peaches, plums
Fall: apples, pear, orange, grapefruit, grapes, kiwi, bananas
Winter: apples, pear, bananas, kiwi, grapefruit, passion fruit, blood oranges
You can mix with vegetables such as carrot, celery, kale, tomato, squash, cucumber, beet, etc. Be creative!!!
When you eat too much sugar, your blood sugar will spike then drop, then spike then drop, etc. You may not be diabetic, but IMO I'd get checked just in case.
Foods that will prevent spikes your blood sugar are ones such as:

If you google "foods that won't spike your blood sugar" there are a lot of sites with information.

Hi Paige,
I'm not a doctor, so don't take what I say as medical advice....but I have the same issue with sweets as you do. My blog sugar drops, and I find myself craving anything that sugary.
Someone told me about a really delicious treat that seems to satisfy my cravings.
Just get a red apple, cut it in half, and place both halves in a dish. Stick it in the microwave for about 1 minue, and then top it with cinnamon. It's so good, and sweet at the same time!
Good luck!
