About Me
I am a massage therapist and have been practicing my trade since 2005. I currently work for a local studio here in Co. and I am very happy doing this type of work.
I have been married to my husband for 39 years and this is the year we will celebrate our 40th anniversay. We have raised two wonderful sons who are married and on their own. We are the proud grandparents of triplets, two girls and one boy, who will be turning 2 years old this year.
I enjoy watching your show and I really do learn a lot from some of the episodes that are presented, but the one that has me motivated to do things to change my life is the one from Feburary 1 about the belly fat. A lot that I saw is more of a wake up call for me to change my bad habits into good habits. But I am curious about this episode that seemed more directed towards women then men. My husband has recently been told he has to lose weight by his doctor. He has a very sendentary job and does not move around a lot. He is the same way at home. Will the same things that were talked about be good for my husband? I would like to live and long life with this man.
