Still doing good! Egg white veggie omelett for breakfast, apple after. Lunch wasa huge salad with tons of veggies and chicken and dinner, chicken and green beans. A little more boring than usual but already running outta ideas. Tomorrow I'm hoping to have the time to try cauliflower pizza. I am also having a sweet tooth now so tomorrow I will have yogurt and fruit for breakfast instead of eggs which i don't care for anyway. Well, I feel good, haven't weighed again but i will in a few days. How are all you guys doing?

Hi there tomm will be my 5th day on the 17day plan. I will weigh tomm . Doing pretty good except for at night. I am a night time eater. I saved some raw carrots and celery and made a cucumber dill dip with the yogurt for my vegges. Just needed something to krunch on. Hang in there can do it!
I just started April 1, so today is my Day 3 of Cycle 1. : ) I fixed the Ziploc bag style egg white omelet w/veggies this morning for breakfast, with 1/2 grapefruit. It was delicious. You can find the Baggie Omelet on this web site in the recipe list. So far I'm doing okay with all the choices we have to keep some variety in menus. I do miss sweets a lot, but the yogurt with Truvia and fresh fruit is helping fill that void (for now anyway!). Keep up the good work, and I hope you've had great success. What cycle are you on now?
