Well it's day 9. Irene hit our area pretty hard but thankfully not as bad as anticipated. we borrowed a generator to keep the power to the refridgerator going & we are very thankful for that as well or we would have lost alot of moneys worth of food. It also was the reason I was able to stick to my diet. That & the fact that I was still able to cook since our stove is a propane stove. SO... I'm doing great, weighed in today and still losing weight, I am now down to 206.2 and hardly believe my eyes every morning. 8.6 lbs gone in 8 days! Wow! I think I can find motivation in that alone! :) However, since I don't eat seafood, I am feeling like all I ever eat is chicken & veggies. (yes, of course yogurt and fruit and a little bit of eggs too) but I'm getting very sick of chicken and veggies and could really use some tips and recipes to keep me going on C1. Anyone? Thanks!
