Cravings! Aaaaah!!!

Day 6 & I have been craving carbs all day long!!! I'm afraid I'm gonna cave. I'm sick to death of chicken and veggies at the moment, even though I love them. But right now I'd kill for some pasta or a bagel or take out food!!! OMG! why is this happening now? I haven't had a single ccraving till today! Help?!

Hold on. I am on C1 day13. I went to a bridal yesterday and  was my anniversary. The resturant my husband chose has nothing I could eat on C1. I then settled for pork and green salad. When I got to the bridal shower, everythng was creamed and everyone looked at me when I did not dish, and I just had a glass of MANGO JUICE . When I got home at 7pm, I had serious cravings for  on Coffee with Rusk, but again I had what is not C1, I had beef mince. Today is a new day and I am back to the plan, feeling good with ZERO desire for what I should not be eating right now.

Carbs are not bad.  Unless you are trying to enter ketosis, there is no reason you can't eat carbs.  You just have to find the good carbs, not the bad ones.  Also, remember they shouldn't be a main part of your diet, but something that you can, and should eat every day.  Your body does need carbs to keep happy.  A high protein, no carb diet can be dangerous over time as well.  

Once you enter ketosis, you can start to introduce small amounts of carbs back into your day, that should help with the cravings, and not blow your weight loss plan.  Remember you don't want to "diet" you want to change your lifestyle. Eating like this the rest of your life isn't something you want to do, then you have to find a happy medium of healthy food to keep you slim once you reach your goal.
