Hey everyone! Started yesterday not sure I was doing it right (still not 100% now either lol) and didn't think I could make it through the day but I did! I've been on a diet counting everything I eat since Feb and stalled at a 27 lb loss. Now all I do is on that diet is gain and lose the same 5 lbs. So here I am! I'm praying this is it! Today was a bit easier. Energy is good, no cravings really and I'm looking forward to seeing the scale move again. :) Still a bit unsure if I'm doing it right though. Here's why. First day (yesterday) I had sucha big taco salad that I wasn't hungry for dinner, so I didn't eat. (that NEVER happens to me lol) I just had a yogurt. (no sugar added plain greek chobani that I put splenda in) I read that I could have my morning cuppa coffee as long as it had skim milk in it & not creamer so I did & spent a few hrs sick from it. (lactose problem, I usually use creamer or almond milk) So what do I do about that tomorrow morning? I want my coffee! LOL! Lastly, do I HAVE TO have 2 servings of yogurt everyday? I swear, it's weird, but I'm not that hungry! I've only had 1 today and 1 yesterday. Any advice would be appreciated. :)
