Your efforts to set up the first OBGYN facility to improve the quality of pregnant women and child birth in "Africa" is commendable. Thank you for your leadership and the much needed help.

However, if I may, I would like to caustion about a common mistake that almost everyone that is doing good work makes: Africa is a continent like Europe or Asia...it would help to know in what African country your facility is based. Looking at the video, you were in Kenya (region???????), but you or the other doctors neglected to mention it.
