Is This Diet Safe?

Hi Yall,

I just heard about this diet. You can only have 500 calories a day and you get injected with the pregnancy hormone. You have 40 shots of this hormone you take. You still have to diet and excerise like you would with a diet. The thing im worried about it the pregnancy hormone, because i want to have kids eventually so im scared if i do this diet that i will have trouble having kids. Then the calories is really low so i didn't know if that was safe. Please tell me what you think about this diet.

Its stupid, I remember when I was in high school years ago that these 2 girls were getting shots of pregnant womens urine. That is sick! They didnt lose weight either. I went on a diet of 500 calories and didnt lose weight. Can't starve yourself. No easy way to lose weight The way I lost weight was eating a low carb diet and walking a lot, just having the will power to do it is hard for me. I am a lazy person. Karen

listed if i was u i would tend to do it in a healthy way and that is start by looking on wat u eat then try to cut down then start excersing a little at a time until u get the rythem but dont be injecting ur self with things that has nothing to do with weighloss try it the natuaral way first and if that doesnt succeed then go to ur doctor and a nutrianist and see how that works.

I would be very careful about getting injections you really have no way of knowing what they are.

Dear Brittnay, Your picture is adorable.  Good for you that you are considering losing weight.  I know that 500 calories a day is definitely NOT  a healthy diet.  My mother in law was on a 1200 calorie diet after she had her sons and she nearly starved.  I believe women need at least 1200 calories a day.  If anything, you should probably increase your movement and try eating more dark green veggies and putting more color, peppers, red cabbage, tomatoes, spinach, etc. into your diet.  If food looks appealing, you will be more likely to try it.  good luck.  bobbie
