Have UC, RA, OA, torn patella tendon that cannot be operated on due to OA, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure to name a few nature would like 2012 to be more positive and healthier. As stated before I also am "obese", have celiac disease which creates eating limitations,  depression, anxiety and PTSD. I really want/eserve to get on a better track. Trying to figure out how to find the energy to do yoga/or maybe the oomph to just start. I'm the queen of excuses, but thruthfully somedays it is extremely difficult to move or stay awake!  This is not a life. Just an existence. I want a life!!!!
