I am a REALTOR - very busy, hectic & stressful lifestyle.  I am a recent empty-nester, and now that I don't have to take care of a family ... and I'm at an age that evidently my body is changing rapidly ... I'm struggling to learn how to be healthier.  I've enjoyed the television show, hoping to learn more on the website for a healthier, more successful future!
