I am a senior citizen-don't know where 64 years went.  My favorite hobby is reading serial killer mysteries.  I am trying to be more upbeat since we all only have one life.  I usually remember birthdays, etc. with cards.  I like to be knowledgeable and feel great compassion for others especially people who are ill.  Unfortunately I am a yo yo dieter and at this stage in my life I am on the upper "yo."  Now I learn that living a sedentary life is not good.  "The Doctors" has become my favorite non-fiction show and I greatly admire all of them.
