Please call your doctor, this is not normal, you should never have a period for that long. Has the occured before? You could actually lose too much blood if this goes on without being checked and you could become amenic. Please keep in touch and let us know how you are doing, if you have a problem - which I'm hoping you do not - you can help many others' by allowing us to be apart of this because we will know what to look for and how to explain it to our doctors'

i went to my doctor yesterday afternoon and the nurse told me that it might of been a miscarriage or my birth control pills. My doc gave me some medcine so the bleeding will stop i have to take it for 5 days and she told me to stop taking my birth control pills for now

I think you should go and see your Dr. this is diffently not a good thing if you have and obgyn or ob i  diffly see go there frist.

I had my period for 31 days before going to the doctor and they said that wasnt good you should go if it lasts more than 10 days.  My thyroid was off, found out I have cysts and fibroids, tested me for cancer that came back negitive.  Good luck, Karen
