I'm waiting for my copy of the book to get here! HURRY HURRY HURRY ! In the mean time, I am making a significate effort to not eat any sugars or carbs, more fruit and almonds. My biggest challenge is exercise. I do not have access to a gym and when it's so cold / snowing outside, it's more of a challenge. SO... I purchased resistant bands and am working on the core, large leg muscels and arms.
