I am 52 years old female suffering from menopause and hot fleashes and looking for a cure. I have been getting hot flashes since I was in my early 30s. I have tried over the counter medication for hot flashes it did help somewhat when I was going through the first stages. I don't know what stage I am in at the moment but since October of 2009 I have these hot flashes that I get all day long none stop since 09 it's almost a year now October 2010 will be a year exactly and I get them all day long in and out every single day. At night when I go to bed it seems to get worse. I cannot sleep the air conditioners don't help much and my head feels like it is going to explode. I feel as if I were in a pizza over my entire body gets relly heated up if a person was next to me day or night you can actually feel my flashes. I would like to know if and when would this stop and if their is a cure for this I have tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would really appreciate your input. Thanks
