To everyone working on loosing weight!

hey guys! 

 

Im a Norwegian chick here to tell you that if I could loose the extra pounds you can too!!!

 

As a teen I was always big but at 16 I was huge! 100 pounds over weight! jeees! 

I started making little changes and after 2 years of gradual diet and exercise changes I had lost 100 pounds!

 

to everyone struggeling with weight problems:

ask your doctor, get to see a nutritionist, be WILLING to change: be OPEN to change!

If I could do it ANYONE can do it!! PS: exercise for big people: stationary bike is awesome to get started thats what I did at   st! and swimming! full body workout plus its fun to splash around so you dont even feel like your working out! Exercise should be exhausting but always FUN!

I hope to loose 15 lbs. Wish me luck, starting a club tomorrow.  Now 166, want to be 150 or less!  Slow and steady wins the race!
