I am looking for the episode that was on just recently. It was talking about loseing 5 lbs in one week. Does any one know which one it was? I am going to try to lose weight the health way. Any one have any idea?? Thanks!!

Three friends who are yo-yo dieters ask the physicians which weight loss plan can help shed pounds the fastest. Jaydee, who weighs 163 pounds, decides to do The Cleanse diet. Renee, 161 pounds, chooses the lifestyle plan, and Alisha, 257, goes with the low-carb diet. After a week, the ladies join Dr. Stork onstage for their weigh-in.
Jaydee lost four pounds, Alisha is down seven pounds and Renee lost six pounds. Dr. Travis says that a low-carb diet is a good way to kick-start one’s weight loss, but in the long run, it can’t take the place of healthy, balanced meals and exercise. Well I've been reading up on raw fruit and vegetable detoxicification, seems as if it's really popularmaybe you can give it try.
I am trying to lose weight on my lower belly and my thigh area. I work out 5 days a week for 2hrs a day. I do cardio and weights alternating between upper and lower body area but nothing seems to make a difference on those 2 areas. I know there are no magic pills and not interested in serious surgery procedures. Does anyone have any suggestions.

I am a mother of 3. I had a partial historectomy a year ago. I am trying to drop the extra 20 pounds but am having absolutely no luck. Theres got to be something that can get rid of the belly flab.......

well I just purchased 10 min. trainer a short while ago and I'm really looking forward to getting started it looks to be a very powerful workout for just 10 min. a day; now none of us have any excuses
