July 13, 2009                                                                                                                                                                            My name is Melissa, I will be 23 this month. I have been married for 3 years (on the 16th of this month) we have a two year old son named Avery. He is our everything. I am so lucky to have a wonderful husband and son and a great supportive family. 

I am a preschool teacher and am currently going to school to get my BA Theology and Christian Studies, I have Crohn's disease and have been diagnosed since 2005. There are good days and bad, but with diet and stress control practice the pain is minimal and I am able to have a regular job and pretty much a normal life. Crohn's disease doesn't control my life anymore. Thank God!
