When I first decided to make a new year's resolution it was the same as the last ten year's : I resolve to lose the extra weight. I know how to diet and exercise it is just that my will power and motivation are what slow me down. Then I got to thinking about it (after having a big fight with my husband) I don't want to just lose weight I want to be a better mother, a better wife, a better person, so before the stroke of mid night my new new year's resolution was to be the best me that I can. I want to be less afraid of everything, I want to enjoy my life instead of just going through the motions. So as I start the 17 day diet plan I will also be starting on the path to not a new me but a better me.
