As for i really say what every body saying n yea i mean she is true abt watching what u eat but then i see it in anthier point too... it should be a dctors show only butt then i mean sometimes she can really help me in my bad habits abt eating fast food n yea she has a point an every since i started cooking my onw meals i lost abt 50pds in...
