I am a fitness trainer, artist, psychic medium and author. I love to travel, see different places and cultures, cuisines and architecture. I also love fashion, interior decorating, health and fitness. The last thing thing I got for a friend, I actually made myself. Since i love to create and give a part of my creation to someone I respect, i made a wish box with a chinese theme to put her wish for the new year 2012. My reward was to see her big smile at receiving it.

Three days have passed by in the new year and I am getting all these e-mails about people getting exhausted from pushing the pedal to the metal. Wooo W slow down.... not so fast ! It is a good thing that you 've put your new resolution into motion. Don t start flying before you start walking. Remember to start with little baby steps. Start your exercise program maybe one day a week, then increase...

It is that time again. New year, new resolutions, new beginnings. What have you decided on this time. I make mine short and sweet. Nothing long winded and dramatic. I know many people out there put out grand big projects and numbers like.... " I want to lose 30 pounds " I try to be realistic rather than idealistic. Having said that, here is one of my goals. Organise my passwords for all online subscriptions....

I love the Doctors Show. I am always recommending it to each and everyone I come across. I find it so educative and illuminating. I feel they are reading my mind at times, answering questions and tackling issues that are not often done. I hope the show continues for many many more years !
