I agree Lynn, that bar workout was definitely a "wow".  I tried to see how many I could do on a bar my sister has in her basement..... ha ha ha I did three... okay 2 1/2 in all honesty I thought I was a lot stronger and toned then that... :-)  time to workout more.

Order Jillian Michael's 30 day shed.  There are three different work outs on the dvd of about 30 minutes each.  I also noticed there was a tone it sort of video that's new.  I'd just go online and search under "how to tone your body" dvd's and see what you get.  Most of them have a clip that you can play that shows you their techniques.  I do pushups and situps when I first get up in the morning.  It gets the blood circulating.  It took FOREVER for me to get into the routine, but now I wouldn't be able to function with out them.
