The urine infections can come from your husband if he is not circumzised.  That is what happen to me, and my doctor told me to not wear tight fitting pants. He also suggested only cotton under pants, and to drink plenty of water.  He also suggested to not drink or eat alot of acid foods.  I have also started cleaning myself with wipes like the ones for babies after bathroom breaks.  As far as the sex hurting, I also have that and I always apply vaseline to that area so the dryness is reduced.  A glass of wine before sex also helps ( giggles ).  Good luck and I hope this helps. mainly see your doctor when ever you feel bad.  If he is not helping you, then see another doctor until you get help. Are you drinking enough water? Drink water before and after sex. Do you douche with plain water or vinegar solutions? Do you eat alot of tuna or taking fish oil supplement? That can give you a fishy smell down there. Do you take baths, instead of showering? Do you urinate after sex? Try some water soluble lubricants... Those tend to help loosen the vagina if its too tight or dry. Try some foreplay. When you use the rest room, wipe from front to back. Cranberry juice is definitely great. Do you use tampons or pads for periods? Don't wear underwear, when you home. Let it breath. :)

If you participate in anal sex, don't let him stick it back in your vagina. Remeber the vagina is very close to you anus. So, bacteria is easily introduce, if you don't wipre from front to back or have anal sex.

I use to itch when my boyfriend used a lubricated condom. Instead went with one without lubrication and used some K-Y Jelly or Astroglyde, in case I was tight or went dry.
