Greetings world!  Laid back country girl here who loves loves loves the doctors! I live in West Va, originally from Va. I like to travel, hang out with my friends and take long walks with my dogs. I just recently purchased a mountain bike and really enjoy riding it. Figure it was time to get some pounds off and do something that I know I will stick with to get exercise and have fun at the same time. Wish me luck!
