I appreciate your program. I am 63 fairly healthy, exercising and getting healthier. However, I must eat gluten free - bloat. Would love to know how to get stomach down.  Have allergies and believe  I may be cold sensitve - get more colds or sinus when weather changes. However, I have discovered that taking Oliver Leaf Extract along with Grape Seed Extract; I overcome colds, sinus, ear pain and sore throat much quicker.  Am young thinking, I believe we are what we think.  Have 2 married sons, enjoy them and families. Also laugh a lot. Love anything natural. Love learning the latest health infomraiton. You have great chemistry among the hosts of the show. Good luck!
